15 days before travel date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
7 – 14 days before travel date: 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund will be applicable.
If we cancel the tour due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued, or the guest may choose to reschedule the trip without extra charges.
If the traveler does not show up on the day of travel, no refund will be made.
All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
Hotel, houseboat, flight, and train bookings are subject to the individual cancellation policies of respective service providers.
For helicopter tickets (Vaishno Devi/Amarnath), refunds depend on the shrine board and the helicopter operator’s rules, and our agency cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
Peak season (summer, Christmas, New Year, or festivals) may have non-refundable conditions as per hotel and transport providers.
