Before we start planning your amazing Kashmir adventure, please take a few minutes to read these terms and conditions.

We’ve written them in simple words so everyone can understand.


1. About These Terms

When you book with us or use our website, you’re agreeing to follow these rules.

Think of it like a friendly agreement between us – we promise to give you great service, and you promise to follow our guidelines.


2. Booking Your Trip

How to Book

  • You can book online, call us, or visit our office

  • We’ll send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours

  • Your booking isn’t confirmed until we receive your advance payment

What You Need to Provide

  • Correct personal details (name, phone, email, ID proof)

  • Special requirements (food preferences, medical needs)

  • Emergency contact information

Important: Please double-check all spelling of names – they should match your ID exactly!


3. Payment Terms: Advance Payment

  • For bookings made 30+ days before travel: 30% advance required

  • For bookings made 15-29 days before travel: 50% advance required

  • For bookings made less than 15 days before travel: 100% payment required

Final Payment

  • Balance payment due 7 days before your trip starts

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Price Changes

  • Prices are fixed once you pay the advance

  • However, if government taxes increase, we might need to adjust slightly

  • We’ll inform you immediately if any changes are needed


4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s our fair cancellation policy:

If You Cancel:

  • 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation charge

  • 15-29 days before travel: 25% cancellation charge

  • 7-14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge

  • Less than 7 days before travel: 75% cancellation charge

  • No-show or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation charge

If We Cancel:

  • Full refund if we cancel due to our reasons

  • If cancelled due to natural disasters, strikes, or government orders – we’ll reschedule for free or refund after deducting non-recoverable costs

How to Cancel:

  • Cancellations only accepted in writing

  • Refunds processed within 10-15 working days


5. What’s Included & What’s Not We Always Provide:

✅ Accommodation as mentioned in itinerary
✅ Transportation as per package
✅ Meals as specified
✅ Sightseeing as listed
✅ Local guide services

You Need to Arrange:

❌ Flights to/from Kashmir (unless specified)
❌ Travel insurance
❌ Personal expenses and shopping
❌ Tips and gratuities
❌ Activities marked as “optional” or “at extra cost”


6. Travel Documents

You Must Carry:

  • Valid photo ID (Aadhar card, passport, driving license)

  • Booking confirmation voucher

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

For Foreign Tourists:

  • Valid passport with visa

  • Required permits (if visiting restricted areas)

We’re not responsible if you’re denied entry due to incomplete documents.


7. Health & Safety

Your Responsibility:

  • Inform us about any medical conditions

  • Carry necessary medicines

  • Follow local laws and customs

  • Listen to your guide’s safety instructions

Our Responsibility:

  • Provide safe transportation

  • Choose reliable accommodation

  • Give you emergency contact numbers

  • Help in case of problems

Special Situations:

  • Pregnant women: Please consult your doctor before traveling

  • Senior citizens: We recommend travel insurance

  • Children: Must be supervised by adults at all times


8. Changes to Your Trip

Changes You Request:

  • We’ll try our best to accommodate

  • Additional costs will be charged separately

  • Changes subject to availability

  • Some changes might not be possible after booking

Changes We Make:

  • Sometimes we might need to change hotels or routes due to availability

  • We’ll always provide similar or better alternatives

  • You’ll be informed immediately of any major changes

  • No compensation if changes are due to circumstances beyond our control


9. Weather & Natural Events

Kashmir weather can be unpredictable! Here’s what you should know:

If Weather Affects Your Trip:

  • We’ll provide alternative activities when possible

  • Some outdoor activities might get cancelled for safety

  • No refunds for weather-related changes

  • We’ll do our best to make your trip enjoyable despite weather challenges

Force Majeure (Things Beyond Our Control):

  • Natural disasters, landslides, floods

  • Political unrest, strikes, bandhs

  • Government orders or restrictions

  • Airline or train cancellations

We’re not liable for losses due to these situations, but we’ll help you as much as possible.


10. Liability & Insurance Our Liability:

  • We arrange services through third-party vendors

  • We’re not directly responsible for their actions

  • Our liability is limited to the package cost you paid

  • We strongly recommend you buy travel insurance

Travel Insurance:

  • Highly recommended for all travelers

  • Covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage

  • We can help you find good insurance options

  • Must be purchased separately

What We’re Not Responsible For:

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

  • Medical expenses or accidents

  • Delays in flights/trains

  • Personal negligence or misconduct


11. Behaviour Guidelines

We want everyone to have a great time! Please:

Do:

✅ Respect local culture and traditions
✅ Follow your guide’s instructions
✅ Be punctual for activities
✅ Take care of the environment
✅ Be kind to fellow travelers

Don’t:

❌ Engage in illegal activities
❌ Disrespect local customs
❌ Damage property
❌ Create disturbances
❌ Ignore safety warnings

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the tour if they cause problems.


12. Photography & Privacy Your Photos:

  • You’re free to take photos for personal use

  • Please respect others’ privacy

  • Some monuments might have photography restrictions

Our Photos:

  • We might take photos during your trip for promotional use

  • Let us know if you don’t want to be included

  • We won’t share your personal information with anyone


13. Complaints & Feedback

During Your Trip:

  • Contact your guide or our emergency number immediately

  • We’ll try to resolve issues on the spot

  • Document problems with photos if needed

After Your Trip:

  • Email us within 30 days with any complaints

  • Include booking details and supporting documents

  • We’ll investigate and respond within 10 working days

We Value Feedback:

  • Good or bad, we want to hear from you

  • Help us improve our services

  • Leave reviews on our website or Google


14. Data Protection Your Personal Information:

  • We keep your details secure and private

  • Used only for booking and service purposes

  • Not shared with third parties without permission

  • You can request to see or delete your data anytime


15. Dispute Resolution If We Have Disagreements:

  • First, let’s try to talk and resolve amicably

  • If needed, we’ll use mediation services

  • Legal disputes will be handled in Srinagar courts only

  • Indian laws will apply to all agreements
